Dean Healthcare requires support staff with specialist knowledge supporting children and young people. The children we help support have a wide range of complex needs. This may range from, psychological, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
In addition, we also provide support to children with physical disabilities, learning disabilities or autism.
Working in vibrant residential and college settings duties may include: personal care, helping with homework and activities to educate and stimulate the children; taking them out and helping them access the community as well as cooking and cleaning.
- Minimum of 1 years experience supporting children and young people.
- Own Transport as some locations are rural.
- Experience of dealing with challenging behaviours, as well as previous
- Excellent rates of pay between £7.00 and £10.00 per hour + holiday pay.
