Dean Healthcare is currently recruiting for experienced care assistants to help support a wide range of clients.

You will be supporting and caring for the elderly with all levels of dementia who have complex needs and may present challenging behaviour.

Working in residential settings and care centres duties will include moving and handling, high personal care, helping with feeding, washing and dressing as well as interacting with the clients, reading with them or taking them on short walks.
 

Essential:

- Minimum of 1 years experience supporting the elderly
- Flexibility with working hours.
- Own Transport as some locations are rural.
- Previously completed Mandatory Training, including Moving and Handling. (Refresher courses provided from Dean Healthcare)

Desirable:
- Full Training of Medication Administration
- Knowledge of hoists, tracking and manual

- Good rates of pay between £7.00 and £9.00 per hour + holiday pay.
