We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our team at a small home for adults with enduring mental health needs.
Our residents are male, aged 35 – 58. They are sociable and fun-loving and as such we continuously seek to build trusting and therapeutic relationships within a safe and homely environment.
As one of our dedicated Support Workers you will be assisting our service users in their daily lives, including community access and involvement in local events.
As this home provides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week services, we can offer staff a variety of hours, including early, late, twilight, sleep-ins and weekend shifts.

Minimum of 9 months experience within the health and social care sector
A passion for promoting independence and well-being with residents and fellow staff
An imaginative and innovative approach to care
Good communication skills and a commitment to person-centred care
Medication Administration training preferred but not essential as we offer this training for free!
