Currently we are looking for experienced agency healthcare individuals who are compassionate, enthusiastic and have a passion for person-centred care. It is essential that you are confident in your ability to work in a calm, reassuring manner, putting the service users at the heart of everything you do. Our agency support workers and carers enable our service users to live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives in a way which promotes and respects personal preferences. You will be supporting people in their daily lives, including personal care, budgeting, shopping, cleaning, cooking, laundry, assistance with medication and community access. We continuously seek to promote independence, personal development and facilitate informed decision-making in accordance with our service users’ unique needs and wishes, contributing to and adhering to personal care plans at all times.




We can offer you a range of shifts in a variety of care settings in Kingswood and the surrounding regions, allowing you to broaden and strengthen your care experience, as well as enrolment our free comprehensive training package to help you develop and advance in your healthcare career. Other benefits include the freedom and flexibility to choose the shifts and services that suit your needs, competitive rates of pay as well has hourly accrued holiday pay and a referral scheme offering up to £200 for each successful referral.
