Your role

About the role:

  • A wonderful service with 7 residents, close to all local amenities and well provisioned
  • You will be a support to the Registered Manger and team with a wide range of tasks, from rotas to safeguarding reporting
  • Enabling residents needs to be met and skills to grow, by assisting with creating person centrered plans with input from those involved
  • Being a reliable and knowledgeable key person, able to provide direct support and lead others to best practices
  • Supporting the development of the service, and its functions and team
  • To foster great relationships and opportunities to improve both within and outside of the charity by being involved in business development tasks
  • To ensure audits, health and safety tasks and Risk assessments, individual plans and records are all completed and assist where required with implementation

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 or above in Social Care
  • Experience of working with vulnerable individuals with various complex needs, specifically mental health, learning difficulties and autism
  • Knowledge of how to support Safeguarding, health and safety, Admin and legislation functions and work with external bodies and families
