Dean Healthcare are working alongside an outstanding organisation to recruit a Support Co-ordinator to work within a team providing emotional guidance and companionship to homeless individuals.
Prevouis experience with homeless is essential.
You will be required to undertake administrative tasks such as making appointments and arrange travel for individuals. Being able to use Microsoft Office is essential as well as written and verbal communication. You must be able to promote independence, encouragement and have the ability to engage with individuals you are supporting. You will be maintaining records, information in compliance with policies, procedures and data protection.
