With over 10 years’ experience in delivering exceptional staff into establishments across Gloucestershire, Dean Healthcare are a leading recruitment agency specialising in recruiting Support Workers, Healthcare Assistants and Registered Nurses. We are currently recruiting for experienced and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our growing team.




We are looking for someone who is passionate, reliable and who will represent Dean Healthcare and our commendable reputation. We have various clients within Gloucestershire and surrounding areas who require experienced workers to support service users with learning difficulties, mental health conditions, Autism and physical disabilities. You will be expected to work using your own initiative to enable the service users with their daily activities, personal care and moving and handling. Promoting independence is vital in this role.




We have flexible working hours to suit  your lifestyle and have rotas which can work around you.


  • All candidates MUST have a minimum of 9 months experience in a similar field
  • Driving is ideal but not essential
  • Must be competent with providing personal care and using moving and handling equipment
  • Have a caring nature and a passion for person centred delivery
  • Has the right to live and work in the UK
  • All positions are offered to satisfactory references and DBS
