Are you a Support Worker looking for more hours or better flexibility?

Dean Healthcare are currently recruiting for experienced Support Workers within Gloucestershire.

We are a well-established agency within the health and social sector, providing healthcare professionals to clients from independent homes to national organisations.

We are looking for Support Workers who have a passion for what they do and are highly motivated. You will be working in a variety of care settings including supported living establishments, residential homes, day centres and others. You will be supporting a diverse range of individuals with different needs including learning disabilities, mental health, autism, epilepsy and physical disabilities.

Your duties will vary however your main responsibility is to encourage and promote each person's independence and assist them in everyday life. Day to day duties may involve personal care, domestic tasks, cooking, activities, day trips and administering medication.


  • Minimum of 9 months experience as a Support Worker or similar role
  • Driving is ideal but not essential
  • Employment subject to satisfactory references and DBS check
