Dean Healthcare are specifically recruiting for Support Workers with experience of challenging behaviour and implementing positive behaviour techniques. You will be supporting adults from 18+ years with learning difficulties, mental health conditions, some physical disabilities, Autism and Asperger's.

The right candidates will be able to support challenging service users on a 1-1, 2-1 and 3-1 basis and within a group setting. The candidate will be able to use their own initiative and creativity, whilst promoting independence and helping to make a positive impact on the service user’s social environment.
