We are actively searching for experienced and confident Support workers that are looking for a new challenge within the Health and Social care sector across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

Dean Healthcare are a specialist Health and Social care agency that provides staff into various support services and supported living settings across both regions. We have a complete variety of services and shifts to offer the right candidates. We are looking for enthusiastic people who really do enjoy every aspect of the role of Support worker.

As a support worker, your role will be varied and challenging at times, so you will need to have a huge amount of patience and positivity. If you have experience within MAPPA/NAPPI/PBM/PIT training this would be advantageous but not essential as we offer this as further training and development.  You will need to have a good level of commitment to the role and also will need to have team player qualities and you will be required to work within the permanent teams at the services.

We are offering candidtaes that are successful with us the ability to pick and choose what shifts they would like to cover each week, we have got an array of shifts and places to choose from, so you won't be quiet for too long. 


What we require for this role; 

All candidates MUST have a minimum of 9 months PAID healthcare experience in a support worker role
Driving is ideal due to rural location.
Fully experienced with high levels of personal care
Fully experienced with all aspects of manual handling

Knowledge and experience of working with different types of learning disabilities and also complex physical disabilities. 
Right to live and work in the UK
