Your role

Resourcer, Bristol
£22,308 per annum, full time
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and office experienced applicant to achieve great things. As a Resourcer for Dean Healthcare, you will be responsible for using job boards and tech systems to provide the right staff to the right services. If you get a buzz from helping people and working in a fast paced role, this is the job for you!

Your main tasks will include:

  • Advert writing
  • Identify appropriate candidates and applicants
  • Conducting interviews
  • Ensuring onboarding checks are completed
  • Maintaining contact with candidates to ensure compliance and relationships
  • Passing along files and information to the recruitment team
  • Build relationships and a network to facilitate growth of the company
  • Attending visits and relevant work-based events
  • Maintaining records of communications and agreements using the appropriate tools
  • Handling complaints and non-conformance during onboarding
  • Assisting Consultants and Co-ordinators to build on their relationships
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the staff provided is at and above the expected levels
  • To ensure a compliant and positive workforce
  • To contribute to the team and encourage a positive atmosphere
  • To uphold Dean Healthcare’s values and ethics, as well as putting Quality first
  • To meet targets and KPI’s as set, and to ensure others are also meeting their targets
  • To work within the confidentiality and conduct rules, as well as the covenants

Requirements

  • Experience of an office- based environment
  • Experience of recruitment practices (preferred)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Able to work at a fast pace and prioritise tasks
  • Organised with a can-do approach
