Your role
Extra Care/Domiciliary Care Manager, Bristol and the South West
£60,000 per annum, DOE
Dean Healthcare are currently working on behalf of one of the region’s most prestigious and reputable care providers to source an Extra Care / Domiciliary Care Manager.
This position will be running the home care and extra care facilities on a multi- site basis. You will be managing a core team of Deputies, Team Leaders and Carers, ensuring that the quality, award winning care delivery is of the highest order.

The ideal candidate will have a history of running domiciliary care services and will be competent overseeing the day to day and long term running of this important area of the organisation.
Duties of the role include:
- Managing a high quality and high standard care team
- Ensuring robust processes are in place
- Regularly meeting with internal personnel and multi-agency parties
- Assessing the standards that are promised are being met,
- Making sure that care delivered to service users is of the highest possible quality
- Promoting their independence and maintaining dignity throughout
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role
- Outstanding practice and exemplary leadership skills
- Willing to travel between locations
- Commercially astute
- Natural and capable communicator
