As we say goodbye to 2023 and another incredible year at Dean Healthcare, our Managing Director, Samuel Meechan, summarises his thoughts on the past year and his wishes for the year to come.

I want to start by sincerely thanking all of those working for and with Dean Healthcare. I am so proud and grateful for our teams of Health Care Assistants, Support Workers, Nurses and Recruitment personnel who have worked hard to be flexible, creative and loyal through such tough times.

I think it is fair to say that 2023 has been a difficult year for many. Rising costs of living, economic unsureness and multiple crises in the health and social care sector have created an atmosphere of concern and difficulty in the everyday.

My hope for 2024 is for a time of growth, a more stable sector, and economy, and genuine and long lasting improvements in the lives of those in our society who are most vulnerable.

My team and I will work to ensure Dean Healthcare continues to be an agency of choice, of high quality and good standing in the sector, and that our tireless and inspirational staff continue to provide the best standards of support, care and reliability that our clients have become accustomed to.

I hope you have all had a wonderful Christmas time and have a great New Year.
